Two jobs share one label. An informational collection is a sample and a shipping label; a legal collection is an identity check, a witnessed collection and an unbroken custody record — and the difference has to be decided before anyone is booked, not after.

What this service is

A collector attends, establishes who each participant is against photo identification, collects the samples the testing laboratory’s kit calls for, documents and photographs what the kit requires, and seals everything so it can be shown not to have been opened in transit. Where the result is meant to be usable in a legal proceeding, that documented chain is the whole point of paying for a collector rather than swabbing at home.

An informational collection skips the identity and custody work, and its result carries no standing anywhere. Neither version is arranged, priced or interpreted by PhlebFlow: the testing laboratory is chosen by you or by whoever directed you here, the kit is theirs, and the report goes to whoever their paperwork names.

What to have ready
